I've been to Wales and I don't think you'll find any in the west.

Theres a good one in Caernarfon near Bangor. Its through the town, past the castle, over the footbridge that crosses the bay and up the steps over the road.
Bigger area than Colwyn Bay and more stuff making it one of the biggest parks in Wales.

I know a few in west wales, theres one in Aberystwyth (Down the road from the cop shop), which has a quarter pipe, a half pipe, 2 rails, fun box with rail and a kicker. Theres also one in New Quay (Opposite the doctors surgery) that has the same set up. We did have one where I live which was inbetween new quay and aberystwyth but some bunch of twocers smashed it to pieces and I tried to get the council to reconsider building a new one but they wont do it bunch of bastards...
