Is this about World of Warcraft? I am set to become a WoW widow after tomorrow as there is a new patch for it.

I unsubscribed last week, got bored of the constant levelling. The only thing I did like was the scenery and how the world was set out but I only saw a small portion of it

WoW is no grindfest compared to RF online and Lineage.

RF it took me about 2000 hrs to get to lvl 42.


needless to say i quit when i realised i had no life anymore.

Even though this thread turned into a clusterfuck of doom it's still about WoW

Got a new guild (Pancakes on Spinebreaker EU) and we are grinding to 70 for some end game content

I've started playing this now, made me a undead warlock

Good fun actualy .

Update: Still stuck at level 40, can't find anywhere good to quest or grind and you can never find good SM Cath/Uldaman groups on my server

I'm only like level 8 at the moment cos I've made like 4 different chars to see which I like best.

Made a Hunter Dwarf first then an Undead Warlock.
Made a Warrior Taurus which I didn't really like and now i'm playing a Human Mage which is wiked fun

If you ever plan on migrating to my server then I'll sum it up for you. Alliance is made up of mainly children so they are in bed at 9. I'm serious. You can walk around STV naked and not worry about being ganked

With the Horde it's fairly normal accept that it's hard to find instance groups at nightime, 10pm onwards

take up WoW and you giving up the right to have a life. unless you have really good self control

never tried it, dont want to. i played runescape (shudders) before and its pretty much the same thing, you spend hours doing something pointless where you could be doing something else

WoW is more detailed that Runescape though as it really is just pointing and clicking whereas WoW you have to really think hard about how to build up your characters, wether you want to train proffesions or not and things like PvE and PvP where you have to decide on good moves to use against your opponents. Also things like raids and instances which require teamwork. Not the mention that WoW is on another level (Excuse the pun) when it comes to visuals, Ironforge stills blows me away everytime I see it

yeah i know its better than runescape. most games are. but its overpriced and addictive

£9? Hardly overpriced
