Try Manny pivots...just go along in a manual...then pivot quickly so your manualing going back fakie, or 1 wheeled manuals....nose manuals....ollie manuals....just think really
Rodney
One foot and hang ten nose manuals are the two easiest variations you'll ever learn.

I suggest you post yourself up a video of you doing a manual, many people I see who think they have good manuals show me about 2 second or less ones.

try what skatelife said and do manual ollie manual or something similar

or try mullens thing where you ollie onto a manny pad, then do a primo slide on it then do some crazy flip/spin out

or go on a tony hawks game, put yer guy into a manual and keep pressing buttons, and see what he does, then try remember some of them and do them

i can do the primo slide thing only, i don't really slide. i get into primo and just stop. but what i really wanna learn are manuals to shovit outs. those look wicked cool. i can do them sationary only. does anyone have any suggestions?
Simon
It's called rail. And just roll for the shuvs out of wheelies, it's no harder then doing them stationary.

Go find a set up thats possible to try manual shuvs off.
Stop asking usless suggestions when you know the answer, its not hard when thinking about

Try them from nose manuals and use your back foot to push the board backwards for a shove-it out.
