My arms are still aching me

I get a really annoying ache in my arm sometimes from skating, just below my shoulder. It always seems to flare up when i ollie up a curb or something, then whenever i go to set up for a trick, the movement of my arm makes it hurt like fuck

Went to the park the other day , there must of been some glass on teh floor, my wheel got caught in it, i fell forward an tweaked my ankle slightly, its kinda swollen now, no bruising, i cant help but feel plaqued with injury in skateboarding, but on lighter note i had round of golf today with my dad, was RAD.

What looked like a perfect night for skating turned out to be a thunderstorm in the making.
Also, security guards that repeatedly make deals with us so we can skate, then pretend to know nothing about it.

I hate my right ankle and my right ankle hates me.
i did it trying something not so risky cause i've stopped doing gaps and drops till my ankle fully healed.
i was trying to boardslide 270 pivot out but my ankle said no

This time was the worst feeling when i torn the ligament. Because i didn't land with all my weight and with much force, it didn't swell as quick. But when i pulled my sock off i could feel the fluid inside flowing into the swelling as it grew.

It was like listen /watching a water ballon when you fill it up.
