I've been checking that quite alot.
can't wait for the trailer.

Then I can't wait for the game.

I might have to waste a load of cash on a PS3 for this game unless it's out for 360 or good ol' PS2.

It is coming out for Xbox360, same release date as PS3.
Downloadable content coming out in episodes for both consoles as well.

Well it could happen, all the other GTAs are set in different time eras, maybe this one could be in the future? If it is I hope its not too far in the future with loads of weird guns and hover cars, that would ruin it.
I'm thinking there might be season with skiing and snowmobiles in winter and stuff but thats just me dreaming...

Rockstar are known for keeping the games simple and similar, yet still unique.
I doubt they'll change it that much.

There was snow in Canis Canem Edit which added a nice touch to it, in my opinion.

If it follows on in that pattern it'll be either London, or Anywhere City (like GTA 2, completely fictional).

Or they'll have something new and shocking. Buh.

With miles and miles of countryside to walk through! I can imagine it being a game for computers rather than a console. And I think the first GTA was set in London , so I doubt they'll do it again.

The first GTA wasn't set in London, me thinks there was an expansion released called GTA:london in which was pretty much the same as GTA1 but you could drive a Mini , which that enough is worth it


But yeah I don't think GTA4 will be set in the UK.
I don't think they can really revisit cities that were in 3, Vice City and San Andreas because it wouldent come off to me that fresh if it was just a remake of a city seen before but with better graphics and a new engine but meh, we'll see .

If it is London it would be fun to blip round in minis and double decker buses, drinking tea and visiting the Queen. Though I'm sure Rockstar are a British company or something so it wont be that steriotypical.

Rockstar have different international divisions. I'm almost certain they have one based in London.

They've got one based in Leeds.

Rockstar North (Scotland based) is the one that creates the GTA games.

EDIT: Just found out Rockstar North made Lemmings too. Ha!

I could never get far in lemmings when I was a young'n playing it on the sega, but I played the one on some game site and it was eaaasy.

I'm interested to see what'll happen. As the series has gone on the cities have become bigger and more detailed. The last GTA games had 3 cities and miles of countryside so who knows what we may get with the next gen
