Im quite suprised this hasnt popped up on here yet. Been following this anime series for quite some time now, quite possibly one of the best ones out at the moment.

Heres a few of the first episodes, which admitingly start off slow but they give a reasonable amount of insight into whats going on so it all makes sense later on.

They are in japanese, with english subtitles, there are versions with english dubbing, but they are cut and out of sinq.

Obviously start with episode 1

The downside is the dubbing isnt too great and quite a lot is lost in the translation/dumbed down

i've been watching this for ages too i also watch naruto which is the number 1 anime in the world, and thats on like +250 episodes about 100 of which are just filler. but i prefer naruto to bleach even tho i watch both. i also read all the manga's too lol

Yeah naruto is pretty good too, due to catch up on that soon

Bleach is a great show, been a bit boring the last few episodes though.

I've seen like the first nine or ten episodes of bleach. My friend burnt them onto a dvd for me.
I thought that it was pretty great anime, would like to watch some more, but I have diall up so no downloading for me
Hmm, I've seen the manga in shops, but never the first volume so never bothered picking it up.

Wow, that's a lot of episodes. I think my flatmates would kill me if I tried downloading all 130!
