So, been driving/walking around my lil' hometown for a while now.

Read in the papers a few times that they're trying to make it an extention of docklands and it's cleanliness. We're due to get some sort of DLR link in a few years and recently all this work has started to show.

Reckon I need to hijack the car and mikeyfish at somepoint to get some proper photos, but for now, these are just quick photos through the car window.







Regarding the dodgy last one:

This is in a new housing area designed to look like spain, (i know). To the right of these steps is a huge bank and to the left is a load of little blocks. Just like.... there. The steps themselves are pretty big, but do-able. The run up is smooth and also downhill, so you're gonna get the speed, no worries. Anyone up for this? I'd love to film it.

Unfortunately my phone gave up and told me its memory was full, so I'll go out another time and get better daylight pics.

We've got one of them near us, not finished yet though. Hope to find some spots in it when we are done. It's halfway inbetween me and the skatepark so sometimes i stop for 5 minutes and skate a curb there or something.

yea, i nearly got robbed a coupple of times but i just use my skate board as my weapon, once there was this big fight coz there were like 3 guys from the school near there and i was wit my mates, and they tried to take out skateboards, it was well funny
