apparently the council are trying to close it down?!?!

EDIT: ok basically they havent built it yet but the council are trying to change the building plans so it cannot be built and instead build a sport village (even tho our council are knocking down our one already to build a sports village so why need another one a mile away? :S)

and if anyone knows about the dc plaza imagine that baby but in england!!!
