Skateboard UK Forums | Chat For Skateboarders > Board Talk: Everything Skateboarding > Product Opinions
Oz.
So I was down at my local shop recently and as I'm probably getting new trucks and wheels soon, I asked one of the guys how much they sell Spitfires for (they've always served me well). He said that he doesn't really stock Spitfire anymore, mainly Heroin and Darkstar as they are apparently nicer urethene ohmy.gif and they sell better.

The general consensus seems to be that Spitfires have the nicest urethene, so what are your opinions on Heroin and Darkstar wheels? These makes aren't really known for their wheels, are they?

Halfpipe.

So Spitfire, Autobahn, Heroin, Darkstar and Hubba are all good? I've only just heard of Hubba.

I might well get Heroin or Darkstar then, to make a change from Spitfire and test out other brands.

I've just bought a set of the Heroin Disgusters, 55mms. They're really nice and smooth. Quite hard, relatively fast, and they seem to slide ok. 24 quid, so sort of average in terms of price, but so far I'm more than happy with them.
