You can't get a good set up for that price..
For that price you're looking at pretty rubbish stuff..
That said, you're a beginner so it won't matter too much..
Maybe go for a world set up.. They're pretty cheap. (World is the brand name)

http://www.routeone.co.uk/ProductDetails.a...mp;ProdId=31610This would be fine for a beginner, my mates just bought one and its not bad. I would recommend size 7.5 and when you get better decide if you want a fatter one.

I push with my left leg and my right foot at the back on the board and then i move my left leg to the front and the right leg stays at the back when not pushing.. what is this stance??

That means your pushing mongo and your stance is regular. Try and learn to push with your right foot and keep your left foot at the front of the board. It will help you when doing tricks in the future etc.

Just because the majority of that thread advises to push normally doesn't mean you have to, as Serapth will tell you he has never found pushing mongo hinders his skating in any way.
And also, don't listen to Harry.
