These 2 tricks I have to say are now annoying me as I have been at them for such a while now.. My weight distribution is spot on. I'm sure of it for the Nollies as i pop them at quite a height. But when it comes to flippin the board i can't flip and land it! Also Hardflips are quite nerve wrecking too lol. Just can't get the things round! I've mastered nollie Heelflips along time ago and BS Flip to tail so i know my weight above the baord and velocity is right.
Anytips!

when you pop the nollie make sure your foot is slightly closer to the edge of the board and your foot should natrually ride up the board
if your comfortable with nollie heels giving it a good flick like you would a normal kickflip should do the job
hardflips im strugglin with my self i know how you feel lol

If you've got nollie heels then you must have you weight pretty much right and the confidence to commit. I'd try messing around with your foot placement quite a few people do them with only their toes on the deck.
As for hardflips learn frontside flips pretty well, so you've got the pressure and technique right to flip the board correctly then I learnt to sex change half way through it, a little like Malto's but some people prefer to use the pressure to flip it between their legs, whatever works for you really.
