Fozzz
Yep, butterflips; flipping from rail into 50-50. When I first saw them being done, I thought they must be pretty darned difficult. And I was right, most right.

I can get my feet into the right position, but whenever I try to flip the board, it just goes into a variel flip rather than popping up where it's fucking supposed to. Can any freestylers give me a hand? Thanks muchly

You can do all your crazy pogo stuff but not butterflips ? I would've thought they'd be comparatively easy to some things i've seen you do !

I don't really know how to explain it... face slightly away from your board and just push down and out but more gently and a bit more down to how you'd do a cooper flip. As it spins verticle catch it in your hand to stop it spinning and just hop from the foot you'd pushed down on onto your truck. Just practise catching it in your hand first and put your front foot on the floor to get used to the spin... I don't really have a clue, but it's what i did smile.gif
