I skated for 3 years until i was 16, i was alright i guess, but then i quit because i just couldn't afford decks or anything! I want to start again but im 17 and havn't stepped foot on a board for almost a year, is my time up? I do it for fun, not sponsorship or any of that crap, just wondering what everyone elses thoughts were?

haha, a year is nothing, mate! I stopped skating for 'bout 4 years and started again last january. There's people alot older than you who are just starting out or just getting back into it. I'd deffo say go for it! I mean whats the worst that can happen?
