I,ve got a deck thats 31cm long and 8inches wide i'm only 150cm's tall and my feet are only size 4s is my deck too big?
Whats the best type of truck i can get that is adjustable for a small budget?

That's a standard deck size.
150cm? Er.. That's about 4ft 11 is it? You're small but not tiny.. You could try a mini board that's designed for kiddies.. Or you could just stick with the standard board but go for a thinner one.. I skate 7.5 inch wide decks.. Much girlier.

Get a mini deck, almost do some nice ones.

Yeah, if i were you i'd get a mini, they are shorter and most often a lot thinner than standard sizes and would suit you well.
