y does my tunks make noise and how can i stop it from making noises

More than likely its the bushings making the squeeking noise, quite a lot of trucks do this. It may go after a short while, but if it doesnt all you can do really is replace them.

WD40 and a skateboard is not a good idea. It is too thin and will only make the metal componants dirty. Becides I wouldn't of thought lubrication was the problem. Try changing the bushings like Sarapth said (softer ones will be better) or just tighten the trucks.

If you must lubricate bearings on your board, (I can't imagine lubricating anything else on your board lol) then use either Speed Cream or GT85. Do not use WD40 or any other type of oil. It's too thick and will make your bearings rusty.
