I've actually found some proper skate news! none of this owls go skating lark either.

UK Krooked tour

Scheduled for April (18th-25th) Mark Gonzales, Dan Drehobl, Bobby Worrest, Van Wastel and a couple of guest riders will be over to visit various parks and towns (including Leeds, Birmingham and Bristol so far) with Sidewalk in tow. Unconfirmed dates so far are:

19th April - London for a Gonz griptape signing at Cide.
21st - Demo at The Works, Leeds
22nd - Demo at Birmingham, Epic
24th - Bristol

UK Quiksilver tour

30th April filming & photo shoot London
1st May Playstation park Demo
2nd May Radlands Skatepark
3rd May Epic  Skatepark
4th May Bones  Skatepark

Skaters in attendance:
Ianire Elloriaga, Javier Mendizabal, Marck Haziza, Dominik Dietrich, Jaime Fontecilla, Ross Mcgouran, Colin Kennedy and Arto Saari.

The Girl team will be over will be in town from May 27th - June 6th for a Sidewalk tour with various demos and appearances throughout the country. Confirmed dates and venues will be in the next mag so watch out for that. (Rick Howard, Mike Carrol, Paul Rodriguez, Rick McCrank, Brandon Beibel.

More teams are releasing demo and tour dates, i will add them when they have been confirmed.

Street Area
No one confirmed as yet.

Snickers Game On Stage.
Appearing are: HIM (get your Bam t-shirts washed and ironed people wink.gif) Electric Six, Bowling For Soup, Life of Agony and Soil

You could always leave out the sarcastic comment about the Bam t-shirts though.... tongue.gif

Rollersnakes Easter Jam at The Edge Skatepark in Leicester on 9th April 2004 confirmed sponsors of event are Death, Unabomber, Etnies, Adio, Vans, Blueprint, Icon and of course Rollersnakes.

Starts at midday ends at 5pm and then after party till 10pm, entry £5.50 all day till 10.

Can't remember if i have already added this or not.

Sheffield - Dev Green/The House... followed by Squadrophenia Premiere at The House Skatepark

Saturday 8th May
Leeds - The Works Skatepark

Sunday 9th May
Redcar

Monday 10th May
4 Down shop signing, KC stadium, Party at the Lamp and then to the Welly, details still a bit hazy but its all down to Scott Palmer for this one so pop in there and see him.


Friday 14th May
Ipswich - Outdoor park, if its raining then it will be at The Warehouse

Monday 15th May
Leicester- Edge skatepark

Sunday 16th May
Cardiff Skatepark

Monday 17th May
Mount Hawke - Cornwall

No actual times have been mentioned so i would probably phone the park in question if you plan attending.

The Red Bull Vert Sessions are happening again, these are the dates: Brighton (26th/27th May), Manchester (28th/29th July), Bristol (18th/19th August), Birmingham (25th/26th August) and Leeds (1st/2nd September

Noone has been confirmed yet, but i will post as soon as there is.
