I from the US, just started learning to skateboard...i'll be in London for three weeks in August. I'm tempted to bring my board, but being a girl and not knowing any skateboarders in England I wanted to find some help. Would anyone be intersted in showing me good spots, helping me learn etc...

Man, I was in London today and I saw SO many skaters and longboarders... You won't have any trouble skating there
PS: As for skate spots, near Waterloo by the river there were about 20 skaters... There's this cool bank bit that looked AWESOME!!!! I SO wanted to try it out
